Then we collect personal data when you send us emails. We also use the sensors you purchased from us to collect personal data.

- Information relating to your use of our device, which includes the right and slouch positions, posture score, accelerometer and gyroscope values and the number of hours you use our service daily, number of reminders when device detects incorrect position
- Information about your habits, work environment, fitness routines and training preferences

We do not collect your client/patient information or "PHI" as it is defined by HIPAA
Note: Your personal data will be stored until we no longer need the information and proactively delete it or you send a valid deletion request. Please note that we will retain it for a longer or shorter period in accordance with data retention laws
Usage Data
When you access the Service with a mobile device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").
Tracking & Cookies Data
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.

We also process your data to improve our service and understand your device lever data, your posture score, your movements lever, including whether you slouched, sat at the smooth angle, had some training, how you interacted with or without vibrations and notifications.

Children's Privacy



Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

Analytics tools



Google Analytics. The Website uses a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about use of the Website. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this Website, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to this Website. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to maintain and improve the Website and our products.

Firebase Analytics. We also use “Google Analytics for Firebase”. By enabling this tool, we enable the collection of data about App Users, including via identifiers for mobile devices (including Android Advertising ID and Advertising Identifier for iOS), cookies and similar technologies. We use the information we get from Google Analytics for Firebase to maintain and improve our App(s). We do not facilitate the merging of personally-identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information unless we have robust notice of, and your prior affirmative (i.e., opt-in) consent to, that merger. Facebook Pixels and SDKs.
